Seventy One approached us to create a brand for a development in Old Hatfield, Hertfordshire, and we worked closely with the developers at every stage of the journey. They wanted to showcase their high-end quality within the urban environment, and sought advice from local estate agents who we also brought in to collaborate. The name not only reflected the location of the development but gave a modern and luxury feel to the brand. We developed a logotype using contrasting weights; a subtle touch of class and great for legibility. An accent gold, foiled where possible, coupled with sharp design features and graphic lines finished off their visual identity.
