BRANDING, ADVERTISING & PACKAGING FOR THE COUNTY’S NEWEST FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL
The Hertfordshire Food & Drink Festival aims to bring together all the incredible, diverse food and drink businesses and trades to celebrate what the county of Hertfordshire has to offer.
To compliment this, we needed to create a strong, vibrant identity that would stand out and represent the eclectic range of cuisine available at the festival. We achieved this with the use of bold colour and imagery that was as beautiful as it was useful. Namely, to direct you to the yummiest zones of the festival.
The organisers elected to advertise the festival through both printed and digital media, with posters, flyers and targetted social media advertisements on various platforms. They found Instagram story advertisements to be the most successful and generate the most engagement in the locality.
Packaging design is important and plentiful at a food and drink festival, and as such, organisers felt it only right to use recycled materials to produce them with. The festival is proud to be known as eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally aware, creating dedicated recycling spots on site.
