Developing a unique marque for this property development

Branding and toolkit

Black Lion approached us to design an identity and brochure for their brand-new cottage development in Shenley. Despite having a specific visual in mind, upon meeting our creative team, we were able to develop this idea and create a stunning lion marque. This was complemented by a primary serif typeface and a clean, modern secondary typeface — simple to use alongside a prestigious colour palette.




Once the new brand and toolkit were ready, we began working on the brochure. It was imperative we attracted the right audience and added value. Using the newly created marque, and in conjunction with the developers and estate agents, we were able to produce a brochure that truly reflected the value of the home to the right potential buyers.
